Bahama Breeze — Restaurant in Orlando

Well this used to my favorite place and always gave very nice tips to the bartender but watch out the bartender with the tattoo around arm right arm she was one of my favorite until I found out. About her the restraunt and my husband of 11 years oh also I just found out I have lymphoma cancer and well my husband tell me yesterday was my day I could do anything I want for some reason oh yea the holy Spirit showed the truth so he does 90 miles to go to Sanford to take me to do my hair and was going to pay 35o to do my hair he has never done this before plus been telling me we don't got money got watch the money so that already had me feeling not right I ask him you gonna stay right I did not ask to go that place it was supposed to be my day he said he going across to bahama breze for a drink I was like weight a moment so when I'm done let me guess you won't take me to my favorite restaurant right but you gonna go by your self after driving super fast and about to pay 35o for my hair so why would a husband not want his wife to show off her new hair do especially when he know when I start treatment he knows I will lose my hair make al this make sense I did not do my hair said let go right now holy Spirit let me know that some one was about to leave shift so that why he speed there or they just got there regardless we all see something not right oh he said he did not want to take so I started cry and get really mad because your messing with a woman who just found she has cancer and lie to me about it my day and the. We go let me tell you what a weird person he was being lay his head down in the table asked for a table all the way in the back when we always always sit at the bar guess who was working bar guys guess who yep fairy girl tatoo in rights arm brown hair like Alicia or Alissa bartender ok yep he stated lay his head down like he was not happy yet made love the night before told me it was my day and were married so he was try to keep his life up I front man every person that works was like that is messed up alot of the employees that remember me gave hugs and prayed but not every one he she did not even say hi I would give her like 5o dollar tips so yes her and my husband isn't that great...

Dear bahama breeze manager ,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service my party and I received during our recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, our server, Nick, provided an extremely poor level of customer service that significantly impacted our experience. Throughout the meal, Nick never checked in to see how our food was or if we needed anything. When we required additional ranch dressing for our salad, he was nowhere to be found, and we had to track down the manager to assist us. He also failed to offer drink refills or bring napkins—basic expectations for attentive service. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of meaningful response. The manager only offered a quick “sorry,” which felt insufficient given the circumstances. Surprisingly, the hostess who seated us ended up refilling our drinks and apologizing on Nick’s behalf—something the manager should have addressed directly and more thoroughly.

Overall, the service was unacceptable. I believe staff members in customer-facing roles should demonstrate attentiveness, professionalism, and courtesy—qualities that were clearly lacking during this visit.

I was excited to eat here. The reviews were good the food looked amazing. We saved this place for our last day in Florida for our family meal and anniversary dinner. Husband ordered the shrimp pineapple I ordered the chicken pineapple and kids ordered off the kids menu. We chose to sit outside and our waitress never came over. Had to ask another employee who our waitress was. Maybe 10 minutes she finally came and We all ordered waters.. only 2 were brought out. I ordered a virgin Pina colada I even pointed it out on the menu and instead i was given the most expensive drink on the menu. The food was bland and the rice was undercooked. My kids didn't even eat their food. Spent over $100 on the meal and we didn't take anything to go. I don't send stuff back I don't like to complain I don't even leave a lot of reviews. But this was by far the worst dining experience I ever had!!! Outside staff was rude and not helpful. I asked one girl if we could get some waters and refills of water and she said she would find our waitress. It's Florida!! It's Hot!!!! We shouldn't have to beg for water! We never got the other 3 waters we ordered either or refills on the 2 waters...
