Located inside the Jurassic Park section of Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, this is the shop for your Jurassic Park merch. It is the exit for the River Adventure ride and you'll find two of those "drying" machines you can stand in that will help dry you off from the water that the ride sprayed on you. It's a system!

You don't need to ride to shop. Inside, tshirts, hats, masks, toys, jackets, mugs, and more. Yes, it's all extremely expensive and I regret that I bought a $28 coffee mug for my daughter but it does come with the "I bought it at Universal Studios" story.

Today I visited the universal studios store trying to get my holiday tree pamphlet stamped and the employee Christina was absolutely awful to us in the store. I should have spoken to a high manager about her inappropriate and rude behavior but was so shaken up and upset I just wanted out of the store. Obviously everything's overpriced, it's a theme park, that's what they do. That's not my problem with it. My problem is with customer service. My brother didn't pack an extra set of clothes and just wanted to buy a pair of shorts to change into. The selection was dismal and the prices were high but the look on the employee's face is what really did it for me. Luckily, I'm a mom and I was born 40 so I had extra changes of clothes for me, my husband, and our toddler so I just had him borrow a pair of my husband's shorts. The glare and sassiness were...
