Read moreMy son chose this Theme park as his 1 year reading goal. we accidently went on a busy holiday weekend, thinking because it was cold 60 degrees that it wouldn't be that crowded. We ended up having to buy the fast pass but it was only available after 4pm. Ee later found put you cant use it on all the rides l. We used it on the King Kong and Spiderman rides which were great. the drop Marvel ride was okay ,and the Lost city walk through ride was good acting but a bit old. My kids enjoyed it. Food lunch only was 70 plus dollars for 3 little pizzas and a cereal salad with waters and root beer and the line for food took 30 minutes. overall it was almost a 1000 dollar day with a t-shirt and mask as the only souvenirs. oh we also got 2 small popcorn. I wish I had known you could bring your own food. I would have. Rather than weight an hour to eat innone of these cool places we left drove home and had a taco bell parry pack LOL.
the encounter with the dinosaurs WA fun and worth the 20 minute wait. the kids liked the ropes course but you better be in shape because I would be afraid to have my kid in it by themselves. the discovery cove was okay but the eggs hatching wasn't as cool as they make it look.
I actually think the park.would have been better going with someone who knew the park. we did initial research but not enough.

The center was part educational and part entertainment, masquerading as a science facility from the Jurassic Park franchise. My only real gripe was the handful of dinosaurs on display, which looked very cheap and poorly made with no sense of realism. No I have never met a real dinosaur, but I have seen much better looking models than those they had here. Worth a visit if you have Dino loving kids with you, otherwise it's a great place to cool off in the...
