If you want to buy something here, PLEASE read this review. I took the time to read all the reviews here, unfortunately it was too late, I wish I had read this before buying here. My husband and I bought a mattress in this store and when we received the order delivered, another type of mattress arrived. I went to the store the next day to tell Salem (the seller) what happened and he told me that in the next few days I will get the correct one. Days went by and nobody called us back for the change, so I went back to the store and Gary (another salesperson) told me that next week they would make the change. After this, they called us saying that the mattress we chose is out of stock and that we have to wait 10 days to receive the correct one. Today 15 business days have passed and since no one has called us I decided to go back to the store. Salem wasn't there just Gary again, and Gary got mad and told me he doesn't know why Salem didn't deliver the right mattress and he can't be in the middle of this situation, so he's going to tell Salem to call me back, I asked him if I could have a manager's phone number and he said that no one is above Salem so if Salem is actually the or one of the owners it's worse because he doesn't seem to care a bit about his customers at all. He is a very good salesman BUT definitely NOT good at solving problems and providing a decent after sales service. I do not recommend buying here at all, please don't make my mistake, you can read the bad reviews and you will see that it is a frequent problem with this store, I really thought it was a serious company. Terrible experience with this store and can agree with many bad reviews on this post. Sales man lies to your face to make a sale. I received a hard mattress with stains all over it after having a 9pm delivery. I paid with snap pay. Never once did the salesman who I believe was the manager (Marod) go over the return exchange policy with me. After receiving a messed up mattress I requested they come pick it up and cancel my order the assistant manager told me ok hung up and then called my husband to persuade him to get another mattress obediently going against what I asked him to do and the account was under my name! Tried to go to store at 10 am the next day per store hours and nobody was there stood and waiting 30 minutes and nothing! That evening when they came to pick up the defective mattress they brought in a different one! When I refused to sign and ask the delivery man to take it he became disrespectful and started yelling in front of me and my kids walked out slammed my door and left a box of pillows in front of my house. Im currently disputing as I was left with a mattress I never signed for or asked for and that I never even tried out or felt in the store. I refuse to do business with this company due to the lying disrespect and never felt so disrespected in my life! Im considering legal action and will hope that my name is not forged on that delivery paperwork and for the fact they tried to authorize changes with another person other than me after I said NO. WARNING! Other reviewers are correct about this business. I am sorry I did not read more about this company first before shopping. We stopped in last week and purchased a mattress, box and frame. It arrived a few days later and looked like it had been open (was retaped). We thought maybe it was just taped because it got torn in transit. Once we got frame set up started to open mattress and noticed discoloration. See pictures attached, we got black light out to see if it was a stain and it was. Along with that spot there were splotches of some kind of liquid all over it. Also found a few random hairs as well. Notified delivery guys right away they would not come back and get. Sent the owner (Salem Morad) a video and pics. I got a response that they were sorry and would contact us with resolution. I responded saying pick it all up we cannot trust anything from the store at this point I don't know what this liquid is could be a biohazard substance who knows. That was 2 days ago and since then they offered to get a new one sent out which we declined. I offered to deliver all of this back to them at my cost, they refused. They also refuse to refund box springs and frame for some reason. Said this is their policy. This was not communicated during the sale and this store has no sign stating "no refunds". They said they are working on picking up mattress but they have to schedule it. Do not buy anything from this store.
