I can't believe how horrible of an experience my experience with this store was. I bought a bed frame while in the store on Sunday of memorial day weekend. They gave me a paper receipt, told me the bed frame would be delivered and set up for me by that Thursday (4 days later). They said they would call the date of delivery. Thursday came and went, no call, no email, nothing. I thought maybe there was a delay, no big deal and gave it some extra time. But when I had no phone call, no email saying there was a delay, I became increasingly concerned. Maybe he meant the following Thursday. But when the next Thursday came and went with no new information, I knew something was wrong. That Sunday, 2 weeks after the original order, I called the store, and they told me "Oh, we meant to call you, we actually forgot to put in the order on time and the shipment was never put on the ship, we're reordering it. The next thing you buy from us, we'll give you a big discount." They would not give me an update delivery date, and I told them I don't want a discount on another item, I just want the item I paid for delivered. When another week and a half had gone by, without any update, I was starting to get worried. I called the store again, this time when I said who I was the employee hung up on me. I called back, he answered immediately "sorry my phone died", no, it didn't, because we're on it now, 5 seconds later. He said "let me check" and then proceeded to tell me my order was canceled, and the refund should have processed. No, it didn't, so either you're stealing thousands of dollars from me, or you're reordering this and making it right, and now I need an email confirming this, please. He then said "one second, my manager is on the phone with the shipping company getting it resolved, can I call you back in 30 minutes? 30 minutes went by, he did not call me, so I called him. I asked for an update, he said "oh, he's on the phone, I'm not sure" I said that's it, this is not ok, this is clearly fraud. I paid for an item, it was never sent, cancel the order and process a refund to my card. He said he "can't" and only the head office can cancel it. He gave me a phone number to call. I called that number, it was the store front in Miami, who told me Orlando store needs to process the cancelation, they can, or I can call head office and request a refund. Miami storefront was helpful and gave me that number. I called them, they said "the order says it's still processing, I don't see a cancelation at all, let us call the store and get more information, I'll call you back in an hour. And they never called me back. I complained via email to the head office, they said they're processing the cancelation and refunding my card, it's been 2 weeks and I haven't received any refund. Either this store is laundering money so they forgot my transaction is actually legitimate and not another of their fake orders, or the company as a whole is entirely incompetent and incapable of dealing with any kind of customer's service. A 3-Month+ Sale and (Delivery) Nightmare at the Orlando Millennia Location.
SUCH an unacceptable experience with the sales department at the Millennia, Orlando location, which spanned over three months. The product was stated to be available and would be delivered within 14 days when the order was initially placed. This was inaccurate. After waiting for over three months, with multiple unfulfilled promises and over 20 phone calls and emails, the product was still not delivered. The sales manager, David, and other employees were incompetent and repeatedly provided false information. The product was reportedly sold to a "VIP client" who visited the store in person after months of waiting. This showed a blatant disregard for a pre-existing online order. It demonstrates a serious lack of integrity. The problems extended beyond the store. The financing institution, Affirm, was also unaware of the delays and the fact that an item was never delivered to us but paid in full to them, yet was billed for. Even after the product finally arrived at a location in Tampa, urgency for delivery was promised. Another inaccuracy. An additional eight days of waiting were required before the delivery finally happened.
The entire process was a frustrating nightmare of false promises, incompetence, and poor communication. Potential clients are urged to reconsider and be aware of deceptive practices at this...

Despite our clear request for a white headboard, a grey one was ordered after multiple corrections were ignored.
The delivery process only added to the frustration. The delivery person was visibly annoyed by the task of moving furniture up a flight of stairs, using inappropriate language towards a younger assistant and mishandling the items, resulting in scuffed walls and dirty handrail. Requests to properly position the bed were flatly refused with a blunt "no, not my job." Additionally, issues with a cabinet that wouldn't close were met with indifference.
Upon completing the delivery, the individual hastily sought a signature and departed, leaving us with improperly positioned and janky furniture. This was hands down the worst delivery experience we've ever had. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for both better quality furniture...
