Update I would give Natuzzi a 0 rating if I could. I bought a Natuzzi sectional for a crazy amount of money. After it was delivered and set up I noticed every piece had issues. Nothing lined up, huge gaps where there shouldn’t be any. The upholstery was the worst I have ever seen wrinkles, sagging leather and gathers around corners where there shouldn't be. I called the next day and told them to come pick this junk up. The person tried to give me excuses. I let her know I had been in the furniture industry and I had done upholstery. I know poor quality when I see it. Natuzzi was known for quality leather. They make poor quality furniture. I will never buy Natuzzi again. Here's the update. My neighbor had a Natuzzi sectional that looked great. I was having a hard time finding a sectional that didn't scream theater room, I decided to give it another try. Same as before, all the pieces were different heights. One of the motion pieces was missing the wiring for the lumbar support and the USB jack didn't work. I know a USB jack is a minor thing but this sectional cost $9000. I expect everything to work and it was a selling feature. The wedge piece was lower then all the rest. A week later the store delivered replacements. The right facing end motion was either missing a spring in the seat or it was broken. The seat sank 3" below the bottom of the back lumbar when sitting in it. Within a week my back hurt so bad I could not get out of a seat or bed. Also the USB again did not work. The new wedge piece was the same as the last one, it was about an inch lower then the ones next to it. Another week and the store delivered more replacements. It got worse. The right facing end was not only shorter then the one next to it but the back was about 2" out of alignment. I finally gave up. I went back to the store and picked out a completely...
Read moreI purchased two beautiful Stan sofas, one that reclined and one that didn't, and in leather upholstery at the Natuzzi Italia Orlando store. The recliner unfortunately had mismatched seat seams. Natuzzi had the leather seating replaced. Unfortunately, the company that came out to do the work did a shoddy job to the point that the sofa no longer operated correctly. I am so grateful to Flavia, the salesperson that has been our point of contact at their Orlando store, and Peggy Ingliss, the District Manager for Florida. I sent Flavia numerous emails showing the poor work and documenting the damage done by the furniture repair shop on a Friday through Sunday (every time I looked at the sofa I saw something else that was wrong). She patiently forwarded them all to Peggy. Immediately on Monday morning Peggy called me and point blank said they will be replacing the sofa. I am so grateful for their help and their commitment to customer service. I'll update my review after getting my new sofa - yes, they take a while to arrive, but they are made to order in Italy, so I am happy to wait.
I also have to comment on the quality of these Natuzzi Italia (not lower end Natuzzi) sofas - the leather is of very high quality, the frames are solid wood, and the legs are extremely sturdy solid steel - not aluminum covered with chrome, and the recliner mechanism is a higher end unit (I know as I did the research on the units to prove that the furniture repair person's actions caused them to not operate correctly). I am extremely happy that these sofas ended up being the ones that worked for my home design, based on quality, design and on the superb customer service.
On another note, it is my understanding that moving forward, Natuzzi Italia trained technicians will be the only people who will be doing any work on the Natuzzi...
Read moreI waited almost 40 years to own Natuzzi and it was so worth the wait. I purchased the VOLO love seat and REVIVE chair. Both are white leather and are absolutely gorgeous. Please don’t confuse the 2 very different lines that Natuzzi has ( ADDITION or ITALIA). The ITALIA is soft as butter, cool in the summer and warm in the winter, very easy to keep clean and the quality is the best. . Every time I have guests I get the same reaction, “OH WOW!” Shar, at the Orlando store, was the associate I got to work with and she was incredible. She knew her product and every detail I needed to know. I was contacted by the store at every step, ordering, shipping and delivery. I didn’t need to keep calling the store because they had already had called me. There was one little issue I had but that was the delivery company’s fault but I called the store to ask for help, Shar went way above and beyond any of my expectations. The delivery company was giving me the run around on when they would deliver my furniture and after a couple of calls with them I was getting very frustrated but Shar made some calls and the problem was solved in a couple hours. I’m so happy to have waited to get the exact piece of Natuzzi I had thought about for all those years.
