I came to this location for a second time because the first time I purchased what I believed to be a chocolate chip cookie, after calling them, turns out, "they put oatmeal in all their cookies" So one of the managers "Andrie" said I could keep my receipt and either get a refund or another treat in exchange. Cool. Thank you! I visited them the next time during peak lunch time, and noticed it was no one there. This is extremely rare for chic-fila. But after the service and food I experienced, I see why it was empty! The employee that was suppose to be taking orders was having a whole, giggling, full fledge conversation with the car in front of me, while I waited and waited and waited. I could literally see the person in their mirror hysterically laughing, playing and conversing and giving me eye contact, knowing they are holding up the line, talking about every thing else but their food order! Meanwhile, the other attendant that could've taken my ordered was slouched in a chair doing nothing. I let my window down to ask if he could take my order, he explained I would have to be in his lane. The staff member finally was done chit chatting and cluelessly asked how my day was, but at that point, let me order my food and be on my way. I started not to complain to the mgr., but then I couldn't let it go. She nonchalantly said she would talk to her about the situation. In addition, my nuggets and fries tasted hard and old. I got a brownie in exchange for the "oatmeal chocolate chip cookie" I didn't want, and that was the best thing I got it of this. Never again! Nasty service and nasty food. This location is not like the standard chic -fil-a that people are used to! I will...
Read moreI have been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for many years and often recommend it to my international friends because of its consistency, care, and quality. Unfortunately, this location has not met those same standards.
The fries are consistently served with excessive amounts of salt, to the point where it is visibly overwhelming and often inedible. My friends and I have had to throw them away multiple times, which has been very disappointing.
Because of a health condition, I was pleased to see the âno saltâ option available on the app. However, whenever I use this option, my food is noticeably different from standard orders...my sandwich arrives cold, burnt, much smaller than usual, and tasting off. Yet, when I order without any modifications, it comes out perfectly. This pattern has been repeated many times and feels as though I am being penalized for making a request that the menu specifically provides.
In addition, I have experienced rudeness from staff who seem visibly annoyed when I order. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand the challenges of the job, which makes it even more discouraging to feel dismissed or treated poorly.
I hope management and corporate take this seriously. Customers should not feel punished or unwelcome for simply using a menu option provided to accommodate health needs. This locationâs practices have made me hesitant and scared to return, which is disappointing after so many years of positive experiences with...
Read moreWe had lunch yesterday at this location dinning inside. The service at the counter, placing our order was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The staff is detailed oriented and make note to requests, ie- ordered 1 coffee but was brewing when order was placed. Not only was the coffee delivered to our table but our meal was delivered with all needed utensils, napkins, and condiments. Iâve always know that chick fil a has the drive thru order/pick up down to a science! Better than any other fast food establishment Definitely the role model for knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, courteous service. So my experience yesterday dinning inside was impressive but not surprised. The dinning room was clean, organized, and clean. The staff who deliver your food also check back to see if thereâs anything else we might need. I had the southwest salad which is a good size portion with fresh cut greens, cherry tomatoes, thin cut grilled chicken strips, with a spicy salsa dressing. Also included was corn, black beans, pepitas, and crispy tortilla strips. Great value for $9.99. I could see the dinning room had families, and regulars who appeared to be people who worked in this area. The dinning environment was attractive, well kept, organized, and stocked at two codiment stations, nice music playing It reminded me more like a full...
