Recently, I encountered a challenging situation when I went to Discount Tire for a routine tire change, only to discover that my local dealer had over-torqued my lugs. This resulted in the unfortunate snapping of my wheel lug key, and my tire exhibited signs of poor alignment, a prevalent issue with Lotus vehicles that is scheduled to be addressed in January.
I am pleased to commend the Lotus Orlando management and staff for their remarkable efforts in not only resolving my immediate predicament but also providing me with an additional wheel key. This proactive measure ensures that I can confidently address any future tire-related issues without disruption. Given that my vehicle had already clocked 80.3k miles at the time, and I rely on it for daily commuting across seven states, such thoughtful assistance is immensely appreciated.

   Read moreHorrible experience with this dealership. I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle on the lot, worked with a salesman, and agreed on a price with the value of my trade-in, and had an agreement set up in text writing for me to purchase the vehicle.
I prepared my vehicle for trade, was given occasional updates on the vehicle for sale since it was still being worked on, and was given a date I could schedule a PPI for the vehicle. I paid for the PPI and waited for an update from the dealership for confirmation that the vehicle was ready.
After a few days, I was notified that the vehicle was sold to another buyer WITHOUT ANY prior notice that the car was ready. No care was given to me after the fact, and I have completely wasted my money on a PPI. The only argument I was given is that I had not signed the physical piece of paper they made for the sale (I live 400 miles away).
This is not how you treat customers, regardless of whether the paper was physically signed. This is clearly scummy sales tactics, I was led on by a salesman that we had an agreement, I was told I could schedule a PPI, and the continual updates obviously led me believe that we had a sale. --And even if all of that above is up to interpretation, the fact is that there was no common decency to at least give some effort to inform me (the led-on customer who spent his time and money on the car) that there was another interested buyer, is just poor salesmanship....
