Sunglass Hut at Macy's — Local services in Orlando

Who I assume was the manager was extremely rude. A girl who was working at the time of our visit opened a drawer beneath the display and told us we were free to browse in it. When the manager came by and saw it he angrily said something along the lines of “this is our stock drawer it’s only for us”. We let him know that the woman told us otherwise, but that was fine and we understood. Instead of apologizing for her mistake and moving on, he chose to repeat himself that she was new and wrong and we were not to be in it. We chose to purchase elsewhere and won’t be back. I recommend the man check his attitude if he plans on remaining in a sales/customer service position. You are far from from nice and should probably be behind the scenes if you can’t learn to properly handle your stress or emotions. Went here with my mom and there were two sales representative standing there talking with one another about plans. They did not greet or say anything even though they saw us. We stood around browsing for a couple of minutes. My mom tried to make a return on a pair of glasses that she bought and has not touched since the day she bought it since it’s been left in her car.
