Email I sent to customer service. Note: called over 10 times and cannot reach anyone in the store!!! Images below is the 1st bracelet I received that clasp just malfunction. I contacted Pandora support and they advise to go in store. Greetings, I am very dissatisfied that I am unable to resolve this issue that I have with my purchase with Macy’s third-party Pandora. I have attempted to call Macy’s numerous of times and selected different departments to try to reach Pandora inside of Macy’s to know avail, it seems impossible to get in contact with someone in the store. I purchased an item with Macy’s Pandora details below October 14, 2023. It appears the bracelet that I purchased continuously malfunctions after three replacements. I was instructed by a representative that after three replacement I would be able to get a different style bracelet. I am looking to have this replacement completed without continuously traveling to the store to rectify this issue. I do not live close to the Macy’s, and it does take time out of my day to travel to the store due to the inconvenience of the mechanism of the clasp within this bracelet styles. It continuously falls off my wrist and all my charms fall off. I had to purchase a spacer so that when the bracelet does fall off, the charms does not fall off. Which I purchased at The location the 3rd time I visit the store. I’ve told the Macy’s Pandora representative that this particular style keeps malfunctioning. I’ve also seen reviews that other customers have faced the same issue with this particular style charm bracelet. I believe it should be discontinued as it is stressful each time it falls off. My issue is that I have had to travel to the store on three occasions to change this bracelet. Also, it is a major inconvenience when the bracelet falls off. This was a gift to me and I am very dissatisfied. I have tried numerous of times of contacting the Macy’s Pandora and cannot get a hold of a representative to ensure that they will replace my bracelet Without any issues. Once before I came into the store at Macy’s a couple months ago and the representative inside the store was very rude. I was so dissatisfied with her service. Now I just want to ensure that if in fact, I had to go into the store and utilize my gas to travel an hour away, this replacement will be completed. I’ve contacted Pandora customer service. I’ve contacted Macy’s customer service to no avail. Each of them has instructed me that I had to go into the store which I’ve done on three occasions as I stated before. Can someone please help me rectify this issue? I would like the outcome to be a different style bracelet that does not have this class mechanism. I would also suggest that the menu when you call Macy’s number to have a direct line to reach Pandora inside the store or have a option where you can speak to an operator to connect the call to the department. The staff's demeanor was not only uninviting but outright rude, casting a shadow over the entire visit. Their lack of product knowledge was astonishing. Each question I posed seemed to be met with confusion, followed by the associate disappearing for upwards of 15 minutes to seek answers, leaving me stranded in a sea of uncertainty.
It's disheartening when the excitement of purchasing something beautiful is tarnished by poor customer service. I came in to get my bracelet cleaned. One young lady at the counter on her phone and she doesn't speak English. Through Google Translate, she tells me, "No, can't clean. only clean weekends. " So I ask when does the weekend starts since it's 5:05 on Friday. She, of course, doesn't understand.
Thankfully, another young lady walks up that can speak English. After restating my request, she explained they only clean Monday-Friday. I'm confused based on the previous lady's response. But I say perfect since it's Friday. Then she says before 5. The look on my face must have shown my frustration because then she told me to come back in 20 minutes and she would do it OR I could just go to the Pandora store inside of the mall.
