The Seuss Train is probably one of the most underrated and under appreciated rides in Islands of Adventure.
Albeit a kid ride, this one is so enjoyable for park goers of all ages. If you want a relaxing, pleasant ride to try this is it! The “High in the Sky” train is appropriately named, as the track runs over the top of Seuss Landing and gives you a nice mini tour of the park.
The views here can’t be beat- especially if you can ride it right around dusk as the sun is going down… all the heart eyes here. You can get some pretty good views riding the big roller coasters, but only for a split second before you’re rocketing back down a slope and screaming and distracted by the adrenaline rush. This elevated ride glides gently through the tops of Seuss Landing, offering playful rhymes, bright colors, and cheerful views. There are two tracks with slightly different routes, so it’s worth riding twice if the line isn’t too long. And that’s the one downside: for such a chill ride, the wait can be oddly long.
