My daughter and granddaughter and I got to the park early since we were staying in one of the park hotels and had early admission. When we got to the Hulk Coaster it was 8:26 and opened at 9:00. We were the first in line and so decided to stand and wait until the ride opened. I was not riding but was there to watch and hold their items that they couldn’t take on the ride, instead of getting a locker. The line started winding its way around the area and getting really long as usual. The workers were standing there watching us and saying we had to wait till 9:00 before entering which we were patiently doing. The workers were not kind enough to tell us where the line begins and for us to move over to our right a few yards because that was where they were going to move the barricade, so we could go through. Instead they let a whole group of people that arrived right at 9:00 get into another line where they were opening at so that they could go through ahead of us. This did not sit well with us nor the people behind us that were there for over 30 minutes. When we explained to the staff that we were there first, and they knew that, and it was not fair to create another line for late arrivers ahead of over 100 other people, they just said there isn’t a line. We tried to move and merge in with the late arrivers which created foul language and yelling among the people second in line behind us and the ones that had come late. Why didn’t the staff tell us to kindly follow them to where they were going to open the gate so that we could have gone in first? This was the only fair thing to do. The staff did not seem to care and their unprofessional behavior created a very hostile and inappropriate atmosphere in front of children. My family were not yelling or cursing even though we felt like it. Even though the ride was a lot of fun, the staff were not doing their job to create an orderly entry or fair one. So as a result I am rating this ride very low. This happened the morning of June 25, 2021. Staff get your act together!!!! And park riders, whatever you do make sure to ask the staff where the line begins. We were standing behind a section of barricade directly across from the 9:00 entry point and it was not where we should have...

I have been to Kingda ka in six flags new jersey ( that too front seat )so I guess I am totally cool with any roller coaster ride int he world. first of all- you need to stow away all your belongings in the provided locker. Locker is free and it is in sync with your waiting time till you come back so don't worry ;) You won't be able to go through and you will basically be denied unless all belongings are in.
The line to ride this coaster was long but moved really fast. While waiting in line you are taken into Dr. Bruce Banner’s laboratory, and big screen TV’s are telling the story of The Hulk. Every successful roller coaster has an exceptional theme, a fear factor, and a great overall experience. like other rides, this rides too based on comic book series.
The launch tube was really cool, lit up nicely and then about 3/4 of the way up you get shot out and go from 3 to 90mph and are immediately inverted when you exit the tube to a load Hulk roooooooar. Its roars can be heard outside the park - literally, the Hulk does this booming bellow I heard from a walking path down the street. The green coaster shoots up and keeps you going at high speeds of 67mph through loops and dives and side swirls in this 90-second ride.
The Incredible Hulk is the perfect rollercoaster because it lives up to the important criteria that a roller coaster should offer. People of all ages over 54 inches tall can...
Read moreI have been eyeing this roller coaster multiple times before even going to Universal's Islands of Adventure. Going on the refurbished version of the ride made me really happy. When we got there, it was still early, but there was a line already going out the entrance of the ride. Good thing we got express passes for every ride in the park. When they sent us up the lift hill, I knew that there was a launch at the beginning, but I didn't know when. So, at the least expectable time, it began to accelerate and my friends and I were in for a nice ride. We rode this once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and three times at night. Even at night time, this ride stays popular (even toward closing). Oh yeah, something else that enhanced the ride's experience was the music that was playing while the coaster was moving. Overall, the decorations and track mechanics were great. Looking forward to ride this again the next time we revisit!
EDIT: Riding this coaster never gets old. During my visit to this ride, I was able to ride this 10 times with the help of the Unlimited Express Pass. Other than that, my review is pretty much the same as before. Looking forward once again to riding this the next...
