Brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max (purple) here just to fix the back glass. My phone worked perfectly before—both cameras, Face ID, flashlight, no issues. After starting the repair, they told me they didn’t have purple and had to put a gray back. They also scratched the frame around the phone.

At first, I thought everything was fine (the owner—an Indian guy—made us leave a review right away, which I now regret). But when I got home, I found out the front camera was black on every app. Face ID still worked, but nothing else. I went back, they claimed it might be software (it wasn’t), then tried 3 replacement cameras and couldn’t fix it.

They refunded me, but now my phone is worse than before: • Front camera broken • Face ID stopped working • Flashlight doesn’t work • Phone overheats dangerously while charging (burning hot) • Battery drains extremely fast

I came in to get my Samsung galaxy S20Fe screen fixed so I can trade it in for my new phone. Unbeknownst doing my research I didn't realize the cost of replacing a cracked screen was so expensive; however, I decided to try this place out since I was in the area. The gentlemen was pleasant and was able to fix my screen like brand new on the spot in minutes compared to other local shops who told me it would take two hours to fix. I was able to take my phone and trade it. Great service. Thanks for help. If this helps anyone with this same phone it cost me $165 to get the screen fix for this particular phone. Considering this is the average cost I prefer customer service first and this employee definitely treated me with that. I would try them out again if I ever had issues....
