Raley's — Local services in Oroville

I'm really frustrated with this location. it was my favorite place to shop, however they are always out of stock on items we need weekly and I keep having to go elsewhere for the out of stock items. I hate Walmart, so I get really annoyed when I have to go to get missing items. raleys has been out of stock on horizon gallons of milk for two weeks now, half gallons cost 4 dollars more and I make them price match because they don't have gallons which is a better deal. Nancy's yogurt, coffee mate italian creamer with sugar, horizon milks and half and half are always out of stock. the produce is also awful lately, moldy mushy zucchini, rotten heads of broccoli, rotten grapes, moldy and bug infested Brussels, raleys brand frozen fruit, mixed and raspberries are full of mold. tillamook ice cream was also out of stock for two weeks. and everything in the bakery department contains soy! nobody wants soy in there food especially men. what is going on in this store? everytime we shop we see the same two women standing around gossiping while stocking the store, they couldnt be bothered by us asking for milk and if it would ever be back in stock again. hugely dissatisfied, someone needs to take some action or were taking our 900 a month to another store. fix it! make raleys awesome again please. update- furious with this store, have asked multiple times to speak to the manager and always told she's not available. they can't keep anything in stock. the produce is horrible, old, sometimes moldy. frozen fruit, raleys brand moldy. every item in the bakery uses soy which I'm allergic too, other stores do not do this. they only keep two gallons of organic milk in stock now, never have coffeemaker sweet italian creamer in the large size in stock. after price comparison shopping with Walmart home delivery of many exact match items I'm saving over 400 per month now buying the brand name items I like from walmart and having them delivered, pricing in this location has become outragious!! not worth shopping here anymore. you just lost 10,000 dollars in sales per year from my family. do not waste your time shopping...

Two clerks discussing whether or not I'm disabled and should not be sitting in disabled parking spot waiting for my instacart orders. First off I have a current disabled placard from the State of California always displayed in my window. Secondly, I wasn't aware that the nature of my disability was their concern. Thirdly this is considered discrimination. Fourthly, I have a notion to file a claim against Raleys and these two employees for slandering and publicly embarrassing me in front of another fellow instacarter who came to me and by wrote told be all that was discussed in front of one or more of my fellow colleagues today October 17, 2024. For your information I'm a 3x stage 4 cancer survivor, female organ cancer, blood cancer and base of tongue also suffering diabetic neuropathy in my entire body including and affecting my legs, back, feet, shoulders, neck, jaw, face and arms. I suffer greatly from severe Fibromyalgia and extreme PTSD! SHOULDN'T THAT BE CONSIDERED ENOUGH DISABILITY FOR PARKING IN THE DISABLED SECTION??? ALSO, they discussed that it was difficult for the employee to get the groceries off the bottom off the cart (my 3rd instacart order) and she said quote "I can still do it but I'm old, but it's hard for me". My suggestion is if you can't cut it retire or get a different job. I choose to supplement my income with Instacart because not only have I had 3 bouts with stage four Cancer and lost the love of my life from cancer in 2007 but my husband today has Leukemia and we have a couple physically handicapped grandchildren who we help support. I'm letting you know this is my second and last encounter with the same two women and I'm pissed off! This year, November 2024, I had a great time Shopping at Raleys! I bought The Best Eggnog called Producers Eggnog, It was the top! I also bought a super great Fresh Turkey and with Coupon, I got $1 dollar off Per Pound! Last December 2023, I did have an issue, I called on the phone and asked one of the managers if they had Sunny side eggnog. She or someone checked and said oh yes they have plenty. So, I waste a all my gas and time and I go in there and look and wait and there's not any eggnog at all. So the manager tells me the excuse that they were busy. I said why don't you train your associates to know the difference between eggnog and whipping cream or whatever and I said if you're too busy to actually look, then just tell me They even said there was plenty.. That was a out and out elaboration. If raley's is too busy to look for something in the store then why don't they just tell their customers they're too busy. Lots of people are older and they have illness and don't feel good and are stressed out on holidays and raley's shouldn't be waste their time and their gas having people run around for stupidity from their workers.
