Not the most ideal visit....

Guest Service Coordinator Drew definitely needs more training. The guy seemingly lacks sales experience.

There was confusion between Team associates. Or it is likely that only Drew was confused.

The floor associate indicated that it would not be any trouble to price adjust 2 of my items at the checkout counter.

There was an irregular price as I was purchasing 3 of the same picture frames so one picture frame required a $1 off the price. Then I also grabbed 4 halloween picture frames that were identical however the stand on 1 of the halloween picture frames was broken completely off the backside, the floor associate indicated this item too would not be a problem to price adjust since it is broken.

Upon checking out Drew was struggling to justify readily doing a $ 1 off price adjustment. Per Drew, he is not going to get in trouble because of a $1 hmmmm well thats slightly extreme. I said to Drew its only $1.

Then Drew struggled to price adjust a broken Halloween picture frame. Drew decide to offer a $1 off the broken picture frame so I told Drew he could keep the picture frame. Seriously it would cost more than a $1 to buy glue to fix the frame.

Needless to say I spent $366.68 with two shopping carts full but Drew seemingly struggled to provide stellar guest services so the 1 star review matches Drew's abilities as a guest service...

I had called ahead of time because I had a few items with the tag but I had to return with no receipt, just to make sure they would be able to return them and not have to take the trip. When I spoke with the guy he said yes! I get there and unload everything out of my car and just to have them tell me I purchased them ten years ago! Which in fact I did not! NOT THAT OLD! One lady in particular was very rude, she was not the manager but a coordinator according name tag, she kept talking over me! They told me that I should have read the tag before coming! me! HOW AM I supposed to know that!?!? They also assumed that I was going to go home and come back and take the tags off and try to return them like that! Thats what the coordinator told me! LOVE HOMEGOODS BUT THIS ONE IS JUST NOT IT! Worst...

I absolutely love going to HomeGoods especially for their clearance section with all the exotic and different foods & spices they have in there. this is a perfect place to get gifts for aunts, Grandmas, fathers, and sons. literally anyone can find something here that they love. their home decor is absolutely beautiful and their selection of rugs and Crystal decor are my favorites. their raw and polished crystals are amazing prices especially considering how expensive crystal shops are selling them for. This is a wonderful place for gifts or even just going to look at things that you didn't think you'd see in our little town of Oshkosh so I highly recommend it. the prices are amazing for what you're getting their furniture is really nice too highly recommended definitely...
