Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oshkosh

Ordered a pizza online. Ik it's not the stores employees fault that it was lost some where but never have I had a problem getting at least a refund. Showed screenshots of confermation email and they kept pulling me in circles with things like I got the wrong you probably sent it to the wrong address but confirmation email stated address the most they could do was tell me to call customer support. Which is closed as it is the 4th of July weekend. Told me they couldn't remake my order told they couldn't help me. I asked for a manager who seemed pretty young. For him to tell me that the owner would have to deal with it. Even gave me a fake phone number that literally doesn't work. Didn't leave at all so walked back in to be told they can't give out his number. I understood that by why couldn't they just tell me that. They refused to even tell me if he would be in the following Monday for them to proceed to tell me they don't know when he will be in. I used to like this location but I don’t anymore. Totally went downhill. If you’re looking for hot and ready, there’s no such thing. Been in here five or six other times and they never have anything hot and ready and it’s not like it’s hopping busy. Have to wait 15 or 20 minutes. On occasion, they have blaring music with unedited versions of music with full blown F words and a whole works. I decided to wait for a couple of pizzas and waited 20 minutes. I would say about seven people walked out because nothing was ready. The person kept saying it would be about 15 or 20 minutes. I used to work at pizza places and you think you would take inventory about who comes in and how many pizzas are sold on specific days etc. and always have some on hand ready to walk out. It was either the 10th or 11th my GF and I decided to get Little Caesars for dinner. She called ahead and ordered 2 Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizzas and 2 Herb and Cheese Puffs. When we got to the store, they only had 1 of each ready. The manager's daughter took the order by phone and screwed up. Instead of apologizing and offering to make the rest of the order for free, for wasting our time, the manager wanted us to sit and wait AND pay the difference. It was their mistake. The manager shouldn't be covering for her daughter at the customer's expense. I've lived in Oshkosh most of my life, and in 30 years of being a customer, the Oshkosh locations have never been so bad.
