Usually when I see a fast food place with low stars I just figure that its because there were a few upset customers who created an account to complain. I wish I could say that's the case here but unfortunately its not and its about as bad as they say.
Drinks- Well they do have a good number of choices. I will give them that. They were out of a lot one of the times I went during lunch and then the other time they had everything so I wont ding them for that.
Food- I mean its Taco Bell so its not the greatest food to begin with unless its after a night of drinking or being DD then its some delicious food sent from heaven. Even when stone cold sober though this Taco Bell just doesnt do something right. When going through the drive thru which is always busy and slow. My food is lukewarm when I get home and I live less than a mile away. I know a lot of the stuff isnt made fresh in house and I am not expecting it to but the food from this location tastes worse than other locations in the area I have been to. Not sure if its them not cleaning their grills or what but after getting "bad" (by TB standards) tasting food twice, I wont be coming here again.
Service- First time I had terrible service and waited 15 minutes for my food. They screwed up my order and acted like it was an inconvenience to fix it. I placed my order on the app and I always swap out the beef sauce they use for everything for chicken and I do it with all my items. There is a pretty big upcharge for this like 50 cents an item so a few tacos and a Chalupa it can add up. The food I was given all contained beef and when I parked and went inside to have them fix it they asked if they could just refund me and I said, sure do that but then when they realized it was a mobile order they would have had to call someone so I just asked if they could make it correctly. It took another 15ish minutes for them to get what I paid for originally. The whole time they seemed annoyed that I wanted what I paid for. There were no issues the second time I went but the employees seemed annoyed that customers were getting food and that they didnt like their job.
Overall if you are craving TB go to a different location. It's probably even worth it to drive to Menasha to...

I called and left a message for a supervisor and I am still waiting on a phone call back. I paid for a public servant to get me what i pay for. This is bad business and I already see it has bad reviews more than any taco Bell I've been to after I already ordered. Just remember to the public servants who don't care this is probably why you work for a corporation that really doesn't care because equity is still coming in. I don't eat fast food much because I know I can make my food the way I like. But sometimes I find it to be a treat to actually have good service somewhere other than my home to eat as a treat. Congradulations taco Bell it may not mean anything for you to have this bad review because you will still be in business but I promise it will mean something when equity doesn't save your business in the future. Some people take their job serious and others take it because no one else will hire crappy service but cheap corporations. Its a shame because I truely love taco Bell but I'm from Texas and they did a better job their even though they still mess up. It was my first and only time I will come to tack Bell. Read moreHorrible customer service. This is coming from someone who has worked primarily in leadership positions in customer service for the majority of working career. I can honestly say the woman we dealt with tonight hated her job and hated her customers. She failed to greet us in the drivethrough, instead she said "what can I get ya" in the most impatient and irritated voice and said more as a statement than a question. She rushed us through our order, didn't tell us thank you or pull ahead just said the total. Once at the window she continued to fail at having proper customer service etiquette, avoided answering our question for extra sauce packets until after we asked the third or fourth time, to which she nodded her head impatiently and said yup and closed the window on us. Didn't say have a good day or thank you, nothing. If the food would've been at least a little better than her attitude was, i would've increased this rating out of respect for the cooks but even the food wasnt satisfactory, very hastily prepared and sloppy.
