Brothers Country Supply — Local services in Oswego Township

My fiance and I have been in here a hand full of times and I seriously cannot say enough good about their customer service. They will treat you like you are their only customer. The last few times I was in there I was definitely annoying, I asked dozens of questions on dog food and didnt even buy anything and they STILL helped me out and went WAY out of their way to help answer all of my questions. I am going to always buy my dog food from them now. They treated me great and were very knowledgeable. It isnt just some highschool kids that are working a summer job, these guys know their business and are there to help. In all honesty they may have saved my dogs life, he was having allergic reactions to his food and I wasnt aware of the signs of it and my vet just blew it off, they recommended a different dog food and my dog is great and way more active now. So, again, I cant say enough good about this store. It breaks my heart that it isn't getting as much business as they deserve. I will NOT be buying from crappy pet stores like petco and petsmart ever again. Stay away from them and go to this store instead!...

Have generally been a fan until recently. Prices are good...pretty much unbeatable, and selection is good.

However, recently I looked on their website at a price for food for my dog. And online it says that prices in store would be better. Once I got to the store, picked it up, and got home, I looked at the receipt and realized I'd been swindled--it was actually a few dollars HIGHER than the website had stated. When I called, it took two days to speak with the manager, who then told me that the website was wrong and that there was nothing she could do about it. I should have ordered it from the website. Most people would consider this false advertising. All she had to do was tell me it was wrong, but make me feel warm & fuzzy by refunding the difference. But instead, I'll be done doing...

Staff is very helpful. I could not find my brand of cat food anywhere. I was ordering from online buy they were out. I called the store and they had it. I was beyond excited. It's close to my house and the staff said if they ever run out they can order it for me. I went in to get the cat food and was greeted right away by front counter staff and a lady on the sales floor offered her help as well. They also have a system where u buy so many bags of the food and u get one free. Overall, I will continue to shop at this store. I also bought some dog and cat treats while there for...
