If I could rate this place a zero star I would. My soon to be sister in law made an appointment at this bridal shop to try on dresses for today, Saturday, March 16th. When we got to this shop, we were surprised because it’s all prom dresses and quinceniara dresses. This shop should not even be able to call itself a bridal shop. When we went to check in, the lady with short blond hair told us that they were too busy and that they didn’t have time for us, WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT. The bride flew in from Denver for dress appointments this weekend. It was pointed out that we made an appointment and the lady said “we told you we could be busy, it’s a Saturday” which is NOT TRUE. How about you don’t make appointments on one of your busiest days if you can’t fulfill that appointment. The lady was so rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON’T GO...

My whole family was very disappointed. We made an appointment to come in for a bridal dress and we arrived on time and the lady at the counter said they have no time for me on a Saturday and I can wait if I want to. They have only 20 dresses in stock and since I flew in from out of state I had a very tight schedule so we had to walk out. The lady treated me like they don’t want my business. Emailed the owner and she was a little bit more professional but no resolution was received, only to tell me that they just didn’t have time for an appointment that they confirmed and agreed with.

It is funny to see how in 1 day within 24 hours they got so many 5 stars reviews to help them get a good review score.

This place is the most terrible place I have ever seen in my lifetime. No returns or exchanges which is not legal. I tried on a dress and it seemed small, but she could fasten the button and convinced that that’s right size. When I came home and couldn’t fasten the button I decided to return it back, but she refused to do it. I started to argue with that and finally she got it back. After 3 days I got my money only 65% back. She said that they only return 70%. Also they don’t care about your time and money. They don’t care about bad reviews either. Be careful!
