Wish I could give him 6 stars! Great experience from start to finish. Love that he works by appointment only, we didn't feel rushed and it allowed us to get all of our questions answered. My wife had lost the .22 carat marquise feature stone on her wedding ring, and we wanted to upgrade. Also, some of the channels holding in the smaller diamonds were worn down and needed repairing. Josh quoted us for a .66 carat stone. A few days later he had us come in to look at 3 different diamonds and the one we liked best was a .74 carat oval and it was the same price! To top it all off, we had some old gold rings we had inherited, and he bought those from us, and we applied it to the price of the new, upgraded ring with a new setting. Josh also re-sized a couple of my wife's rings that she hadn't been able to wear in years, and he repaired a another ring where she had lost a stone. Oh, and I found the original diamond that my wife had lost, and he allowed us to trade it in as well! I've included before and after pics, but they don't do it justice. I will certainly use Josh in the future, and have already referred him to friends of mine....

Met this fella when he was new to town. He is very knowledgeable and let me ask general questions about the industry, and his business. I was met with answers full of enthusiasm and sincerity. Mr K is very passionate about what he does and has always had an appointment policy. it may seem inconvenient, to most. However he wants to ensure his undivided attention is yours, this also goes for allowing enough time for your idea to come to life. I had an official consultation on designing a ring for someone. We had a scheduled time, and was waiting for me upon arrival. Mr. K was on it and ready to go, programs ready and bursting with vision! He has a program to help design and visualize your idea. His knowledge of precious stones and metals as well as an eye for design goes a long way. We had most everything figured out in the first meeting. It was a matter of picking out stones. All his pieces are custom to fit the lucky persons design. He also was able to repair a family heirloom ring in dire need of tlc. Very smooth transaction, great communication, and amazing customer service. Turn around was short and it came back...

This place is a huge scam. I found it online and thought it was perfect. Went in person to see what looked like a nice business. Gave some of my ideas for a design and gave $1,325 deposit. Fast forward 3 months. You have to keep reaching out to them for them to update you on anything or for them to make any progress other wise they won’t. I sent photos of exactly what I wanted and still received a design nothing like it. Eventually got fed up with this whole process and asked for my deposit back and they were very very unprofessional and argued with my mom who I sent to get my deposit back saying they put in work on different designs and will only give me back part of my deposit. So it’s still 3 months later and I have no design, no ring, and they ONLY gave me back $975. That’s $400 WASTED ON NOTHING. plus their prices are also a scam and will tell you whatever you want to hear about a stone to get you to buy it. Go anywhere else but here. Found plenty other place in KC area with great prices, good quality, and GREAT...
