I went here to watch the KSU Wildcats lose in the Elite 8 round to a school I was very confident we could beat & this wasn't even my biggest disappointment of the night.... First, we were not greeted upon arrival but whatever. Then we ordered loaded chicken nachos & a chicken quesadilla. The nachos were very skimpy and they were burnt. I've never seen burnt nachos before but I fought through them as I was just trying to have a good time & watch the Wildcats. Our bartender even noticed they were burnt & skimpy & proceeded to bring me extra cheese & salsa to help drown out the taste of the burnt nachos. She even apologized afterwards, yet never attempted to replace them. Then we moved to a pool table where we were assigned the worst waitress I've ever experienced. She checked on us maybe 5 times in 5 hours. She even said out loud that she forgot about us at one point. We'd order drinks & it'd take 20 minutes to get to us. I wasn't able to build a buzz until after the game. She even had the audacity to have an attitude with my lady & I for going to the bar to get drinks because she wouldn't come check on us. Finally, to cap things off she attempted to overcharge us by over $100 for drinks. She rang up 18 drinks at full price when they were on sale & we only ordered 12. She even proceeded to throw a shot of her own on my tab when I never once asked her to take A shot with me nor knew I was even being charged for the shot we all took together. One star to the manager on duty this afternoon. I'm a top rated delivery driver and I've come to this establishment a few times to pick up orders. The staff is usually pleasant and respectful. From my experience, sometimes the orders are not ready to pick up and may have a longer wait. This time I decided to call ahead to make sure the order was ready for pick up and a very rude female employee answered the phone stating that she doesn't have time to answer to drivers, they have 5 kitchens running at a time and told me to come in in a rude tone. I went in and headed to the kitchen like I always do and I was stopped by an older lady that looked extremely mad. I told her I was picking up an order and she rudely said just grab it from that table. I asked why she was so rude and she turned irate and started yelling at me, said that she has 5 kitchens running and she doesn't have time for drivers. She then said I'm not rude while speaking in a disrespectful tone, I said ok no need to be rude then she told me to get out as if I was the rude one. All I needed was a quick yes or no answer on the order being ready and she made a big ordeal out of it. I took the order scared that she would continue to yell. I asked if she was the manager and I was shocked when she said she was. It seems like she had some personal issues or is incapable of handling her duties and took her anger out on me. I like to regular this place because its nice to play pool and hang out with my best friend and drink NA beer. Now if would be nice if they had a bigger selection of NA beer and the food is amazing. Most days are fine but after two really bad experiences with this place we no longer what to be in this bar. It seams the bartenders only care about you if you have a alcoholic drink. I watched as my fiend and I waited for our food sitting in the window for 10 minutes while are bartender was not where to be seen nd the other on just washing dishes. On top of that we sat with empty drinks for 15 minutes while other got tabother round over us. This was a Friday or Saturday and I get short staffed and people training or whatever issue may apply. But as a former bartender and trainer for multiple places... and former GM. The place was staffed wrong and poorly trained. Which really showed after a Monday night visit... the male bartender was rude about the food and the NA beer ordering. He just seemed and acted like it was below him to be our bartender.
