Why do you take the time to stamp people's hand when you enter? Security? I don't think so...not at this Chuck E Cheese. There is this big sign up that says you can't leave without letting them make sure the child is yours because of the stamp on your hand and you wait at a gate to leave only to have someone open the gate and wave you through. This happened to us and the other guest at our party they didn't check our hands to make sure our children were ours. We might want to do a little retraining on why it's important to make sure the child who is leaving is leaving with the correct family. Anyway as for the party itself... We went here for a birthday party and WOW. It was chaos..... I know it's a place for kids. My children grew up coming to this Chuck E Cheese and so I know it's been around forever. You would think since its been around as long as it has that the party details should be all figured out. Our party person didn't speak to the mom who was paying which would have sent me into fit had it been me paying for it. Anyone paying that kind of price to have a party should have all the attention they paid for. I purchased 3 cards for 44 min of play and that was $80. Not worth it.... The best part 🙄 was standing in line waiting for the tickets to be counted for the prizes. I mean even the cheap toys got hit with inflation, serious inflation...one person working the counter and the line takes forever cuz of course there are so many fun choices amd it's hard to pick out what you really want. Lol. I guess I'd say that it could be a mess because of staffing or maybe I'm just getting to old to deal with that kind of chaos anymore. I just feel that if you pay for something you should get what you are paying for. Party packages are supposed to come with a host/hostess and that person should be able to communicate to all customers and be available during the time the party is scheduled. Luckily for me now my grandchildren have experienced it and hopefully 🤞that will be my last time...
Read moreIf I could give this place less than one star, I would for sure. We went to a birthday party at this restaurant today, And needless to say this was by far, the most horrific, under serviced and disrespectful experience that I have ever had with customer service at a restaurant. The food is mediocre at best.I know I'm referring to a children's gaming restaurant, but there are still expectations that should be set for any type of establishment that make food and has people come in to be served. Onto the service. I cannot believe how poorly the employees at this establishment treat the customers. We were talked to extremely disrespectful, my friend was told that she was a bad mom and her kid was going end up on a milk carton. Three times while trying to redeem prizes for our children the waitstaff, while in the middle of saying what we wanted, just turned around and walked off. Now, this is not the same person that did it three times, this was three different people on individual occasions in the same visit. My son asked for a cup because his was thrown away by the waitstaff and they refused to fix their mistake by allowing him to have another one. They have it so hot in that restaurant, everyone was sweating, so to expect all these kids to be hot and uncomfortable while not being able to get a drink is a little bit unrealistic of an expectation. We were not treated at all with any type of respect. I can guarantee you that the 25 of us there probably will not be back at any point in the near or far future. Thank you present day Chuck E. Cheese for ruining my childhood memories of such a great...
Read moreToday is one of the happiest moments of my 5-year-old daughter - this is our treat for her to have two shots for her annual check-up. We arrived here in between 3 in the afternoon. There are no other kids or customers besides us during this time, so it is like we rent the whole place exclusively for us. The stuff(I am sorry I forgot his name) but he is very accommodating. To have the token and card incorporated into one card is a good thing but for kids like my daughter, she is looking for the tickets coming out from the machine - for us adults, it's good because no trash at all but kids like that better. Just a thought. The games in the arcade are easy to follow. I didn't even teach my daughter how to do it, she easily figured it out. With regards to our food, the boneless chicken, and garlic bread are okay - the taste is good but our fries are a bit burnt and they do not have mayonnaise which I used to have both mayo and ketchup with it. One of the important things I love about this place is of all the places I have been, I really feel that they cared a lot about all the kids because of how their restrooms are built - it has adult size and kids sizes. So, I don't need to hold my daughter to wash her hands. For me, this is the best idea. I hope all establishments especially kids' places will consider having a restroom like this. But overall, it was a nice place to bring your kids. I will highly recommend it and am sure we are...
