Would not recommend EVER ordering furniture from Macy's! I ordered my bedroom set a month ago and I have now received bits and pieces of my order. They've came to my home on 2 separate occasions and each time some piece is missing. The first time it was the headboard and foot board of my bed, they then scheduled to deliver the remaining pieces the following week. That day came and went and they never showed with my delivery, had to call and schedule a new time to have it delivered which was an entire week later. When they showed up for the second delivery with headboard, footboard and slats only 3 out of the 8 legs were delivered with the slats. So now I am left with a mattress on the floor and everytime I call to find out about where these random legs could be I get no answer other than they're "Waiting on a tracking number" If I do not receive said tracking number within a few days I am going to have them come pick this up and credit my account and start all over again finding a bedroom set.

Oh also, the only incentive they gave me for this mess was 10% off of some random item which was $111 off of my $4,000 purchase. So if you're looking to buy some furniture from here... DON'T! Unless you like your stuff delivered in a bunch of different deliveries and...

Low quality junk at high Macy's prices.

The furniture appears to be quality on the show room, but quickly degrades with use. The extended warranty by "Warranty Service" is an absolute scam. Macy's didn't even forward the necessary paperwork to the warranty company. I suspect it is so if there are no claims, Macy's pockets the money, so that was a battle. Once the claim was filed, the technician identified the issues and ordered parts. Nobody told us the parts would be delivered direct to us, they just started showing up - one here, one there. Pushy agents call to schedule the install but if don't reply within 24 hours, they close the claim. "Scheduling" is used loosely here because it was more of a "this is the date and time we assigned you, and you better be there or else" kind of situation.

Bottom line, we would have gotten better quality furniture at Big Lots or similar store, at far lower price, and without an overpriced,...

Shopped around the various mattress stores (NFM, Mattress Firm) and went to Macy's.

I have a bad back and was looking for assistance. After much trial laying, we decided on a Paramount Ultra Firm. Ouch, the model name was Granite and lived up to that name.

Went to try others with the intent to utilize their 120 day trial period and Barry was a tremendous help.

Barry was off the day I decided on an alternative so I worked with the department manager, Margaret.

Paid for the new mattress choice (Stearnes & Foster Estate) but later I was called that the mattress I decided on had the wrong model and price tag.

Margaret said their fault and gave me an upgraded model for the lower price.
