I visited Oak Park Mall last year in search of a birthday gift for my girlfriend, where I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from the store manager, Alexis Cherek. She dedicated ample time to help me explore several options, guiding me in making an informed decision regarding my purchase. Her support was invaluable.

This year, I returned to the store, motivated by my positive experience from the previous visit. Although Alexis was assisting another customer, I had the opportunity to work with Paola Soto, the assistant manager. She was equally helpful, researching my purchase from the prior year. I was looking for additional jewelry that would complement my earlier selection and fit within a similar price range. Paola took the time to show me a variety of options and successfully assisted me in coordinating a necklace with matching earrings that paired well with my previous purchase.

Overall, both interactions were exceptional. The staff listened attentively to my preferences and provided several excellent options to choose from. I look forward to returning to this store and hope to work with either Alexis or Paola...

Today I was at Riddles, and I mean, mannn from the jump... this was such a stressful moment for me. I needed a ring early and am literally leaving tomorrow, trying to set up an engagement. From the second I called, I got a happy voice and one understanding of my situation so so much. I am on a budget, and in today's economy, that's not a bad thing. But man, she made me feel sooo good! Lexi is a champ, man. She cares for you. She's patient and willing to do whatever you need to help you. I truly was blessed to have been there. I went for a ring and left with more, man. So much peace I have now, and I appreciate Riddles Jewelry as well! You guys really are cool, man. And thanks for having military discounts!!!!!!! I first went to pandora to try and get my ring resized and I was having trouble with the people there the manager was very rude and arrogant to me I just simply wanted my ring exchanged for a different size apparently you can’t return if you have worn it even though I wore it once it was a present from my boyfriend so we went to riddles to see if they could resize it my boyfriends mom has purchased pieces from them in the past great experiences she says I was helped by this wonderful lady Alexis who was able to get my ring ordered for me because they work with pandora did not know that definitely will be purchasing from them in the future Alexis was kind and wonderful very respectful was able to get us situated loved her work appearance and ethic will definitely be coming back to purchase jewelry...
