The service we received was stellar! We wanted a particular Waterford ornament for a gift needed for a wedding shower that same night. We were disappointed they had just sold out! The owner offered to go to her stockroom some miles away to get the item we wanted! She even recommended other retailers we could try (no luck as others just don’t stock as early or as well as the Irish Crystal Company). Although she had a soccer game to attend, she still went to her stockroom building for us after the store closed and then called to meet us near our home to deliver it. Truly, small business service at it’s best!!!! So very grateful for Michelle’s...
