called the store because i got a dress for my sister’s graduation and the zipper broke 10minutes before she had to leave. the 2nd time she put on the dress and just the day after we bought it, the zipper broke. i call and the only option for return is merchandise credit. my first time after a while shopping here and it was poor merchandise and poor return policy for instances like these. not the employees fault but i do wish there were simple return options and i just get my original payment back instead of having nearly $100 in credit at a place i do not want to shop at anymore. also no where on the reciept, no erbal explanation, signs, etc that says returns are only merchandise credit. i had to look it up online or call...

Super cute and trendy boutique however the employee's lack professionalism. My family and I were not greeted upon arrival but rather looked at, almost like "what are you doing in this store?". We were followed our entire time in the store, and as we were leaving I noticed one employee was watching the security cameras like a hawk, mind you we were the only ones in the store. They did not even say "Thanks for coming in" as we were leaving. Being profiled is one of the most dehumanizing things a staff member can do while simply just trying to shop. These super cute ornaments came home with me to commemorate moving to KC this year! There are some beautiful jewelry and home goods. Unfortunately, the sizes are super small (0-8) so I left feeling disappointed not even being able to try any clothing items on. (I'm 14/16 depending on brand) I do appreciate the idea of the curated clothing by the different "stores". Don't get me wrong, super cool concept...but would have given it five stars if at least ONE store had plus size. That would be my suggestion to making it even better. Switching out one of the curators for a plus-size curator. We love cute clothes from fun...
