Came to purchase two Jellycats this evening and while I was checking out I realized that I left my wallet in the car . I told the cashier that I will be right back to get my wallet and that I’m literally parked right in front of the entrance door. The cashier then told me “ Can you leave something?” I was confused with her respond and I said I’m sorry?”she then told me bluntly that I need to leave something just in case I ran off! First of all, the items I was planning to purchase was safely placed on the counter and I wasn’t even planing to take the unpaid items with me to get my wallet in the car so I don’t see why would she assumed that I would ran off and asked me to leave my belonging! I really didn’t have the time and energy to exchange words with her so I just handed her my purse to get my wallet. 3 seconds later I was back inside checked out and left. It was a very unpleasant experience. This particular lady cashier could’ve handled the situation with a better customer service it’s too bad cause I really love coming to this store to check out their Jellycat and purchase one at least...

Went in with my mom to go Christmas shopping. My mom purchased a puzzle and I was going to purchase a Jim Shore snowman. Naomi’s sent out a mailer with a 30% off one item coupon in it. I asked the woman checking us out if we could both use the coupon and she stood there and argued that it’s only off of one single item per customer. I told her I’m a different customer than my mom and she said “No that’s not how that works”. Once my mom used the coupon she cut it out of the mailer and threw it away right in front of me. I told them to keep the item I was going to buy. Extremely rude customer service. I won’t be coming back to this...

Better selection, more local products, various inventory and orderly layout than the 151st hallmark. I was looking for an address book with refills and 151st had no refills and one address book.
