DuBois Book Store Miami University — Local services in Oxford Township

It's no longer a bookstore since it got out competed but its still being called a bookstore with plenty of signs outside calling it a bookstore, I mean I get they can't change them that fast but it was honestly disappointing to walk past 6 signs on the way in that said bookstore, go downstairs to the previous bookstore area and find out there's a sign all the way down there that says they no longer sell books, would have been nice to have that outside the store or have a 2nd sign out there I guess.

Merchandise is interesting but usually pricy there are better...

As we walked in the sales associate snottily announced "we close in 10 minutes." Nice way to welcome customers and encourage them to make a purchase. If you don't want new customers at 6:50 p.m. then lock your doors. Otherwise smile and say hello because my money is just as good at 6:50 p.m. as it is at 9 a.m. I used the 50 percent coupon I received for Miami freshmen orientation and will never spend another dime in this establishment. Little Miss "We close in 10 minutes" should learn how it is she earns a paycheck. It isn't by alienating customers as they walk...

The staff is very accommodating and caring.

The day of my graduation photos, I realized I had forgotten to pick up my stole and tassel from the mailroom. My partner remembered that DuBois carries those year round. We called and they had exactly what I needed in stock, except by the time we got there they would have just closed. They offered to wait for me past close and were kind about the whole situation, even wishing me luck...
