I recently had the pleasure of working with Doug, Chris, and Shep at BikeWise on a custom bike build, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I purchased a limited edition Cannondale F-Si Throwback MTB frame, and the team at BikeWise helped me transform it into an incredible bike.

Doug's deep expertise and mechanical skills were evident from the start. His attention to detail and dedication to perfection made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The collaboration and teamwork among Doug, Chris, and Shep were truly impressive.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. My son and I came in for his first "real" bike, that will be his primary transportation.

My son has autism, and decisions can take time for him. He took a really long time to settle on a $200 used bike from several they showed us. There was never even a hint of impatience from either of the 2 guys working, and they honestly were as attentive as I'd expect if I were buying one of their high end ebikes.

I told one gentleman "this is my son, so tell me what you'd replace on this bike if he were your son." I basically gave him a license to sell me anything in the store with that comment... and after he gave the bike an inspection, he said "Nothing right now. Maybe tires next year, but that is it." That impressed the heck out of me, and I can see why they have a 5-star rating.

Integrity and service like this is so sorely missing in today's retail landscape. I'm going to be back...
