ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I bought a King size adjustable bed from them. But about 4 months later, the mattress started breaking down, losing its shape and firmness. I contacted the store manager about it and they said they would replace it because it was still under warranty. It took me 4 MONTHS to get that replacement mattress, and that is with me contacting them many times asking about it. They said it was on backorder and couldn't get it. After 4 MONTHS and me hounding them, they FINALLY brought out my new mattress, and it was IDENTICAL to the original one!!! Needless to say, I have had to buy a mattress topper pad for it. And not to mention that where the different sides nice up and down, the rub and the fabric covering it has started tearing away, and when you raise one side, it makes the other side fall or bounce because it is being released from the other side. And after getting my "REPLACEMENT" mattress, my amount owed suddenly DOUBLED what I owe on it!! IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!! I even had to jump through hoops to get a new refrigerator, but it wasn't the one I told them I wanted!! I wanted a SIDE BY SIDE refrigerator and they said they could only get the one with a pull out drawer freezer on bottom and the refrigerator on top with double doors. TOTALLY BOT WHAT I WANTED!!! But because my old one went out, I had to take what I could get!!! IF AND WHEN I FIND ANOTHER BED AND REFRIGERATOR, I WILL BE SENDING THIS MESS BACK TO THEM AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WILL WARN EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THEM!!! And in case you might want to know, they give you an option to pay it off within 6 months, but if you don't pay it off by then, then the amount you are left owing is DOUBLED!!! Never received a call so two days later I decide to call and I am told they donât have the grill and would need to get it from another store and they would contact me when they do on Saturday morning. I never got a call so I call them back on Monday grill is there I go down sign papers pay ANOTHER fee and was told I would have to make another payment that weekend. I am then told the product would be delivered first thing in the morning on Tuesday never happened. How do I pay twice upfront and you guys canât hold up your part of the bargain!!! Charged my card $38.85 a week and a few days after when I called to see what was going on I was told insurance charges and damage waivers thatâs mandatory never was told the actual price I would be charged weekly otherwise I would have left the store and kept my $75 down payment. Not to mention online on their website the same product is listed as $21.99 weekly with only a $5 refundable deposit so how that translates to $75 down and $38 weekly in store confusing.
