Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oxford

If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. I placed an order online at 5:22pm for a dinner box. It said the order would be ready in 10-20 minutes. When we arrived there was a line of cars in the parking lot. We pulled to the window in the drive thru with two other cars ahead of us. We may have waited for 10 -12 minutes in the line in the drive thru. One of the employees was outside crying and another employee was comforting her. When we got to the window the cashier/server Yvonne told us that our food got burned in the oven. She said they remade everything and, she said it should be out soon. It wouldn’t take long and to pull to the front because, she’ll bring it out to us when it finishes. We pulled to the front of the store. We waited for the food. As we were waiting, other customers pulled in. They got their orders before us. She came outside with other customers orders who had just pulled in the parking lot, and brought them their food. She looked over at our vehicle and walked by to go inside. She came outside again and stopped by our car to ask us the order name again. We told her the order name and she said okay. We waited for over 40 minutes for the remake that she claimed was cooking. My husband went inside and asked for a refund. There was confusion about who the manager was on staff. She said that the cinnamon sticks were ready that she can just give us the food still. My husband told her no and asked for his money back for the long wait. She mentioned something about her co worker crying and that they were trying to see what was going on outside with their distressed co worker. If I could leave a review with negative stars I would! This place is a effing joke and needs to disappear! We ordered pizza and wings on their app. When it arrived, the wings were not delivered, no big deal, we'll call and go pick them up. My wife called the store, again, no big deal... We live about 2 miles from the place. I hear the manager barking at my wife like a dog over the phone. I get the phone from her and asked what was going on. He proceeded to bark at me and tell us we were lying and didn't order wings. I then took the receipt to the store. He still insisted, EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HIM THE RECEIPT, that we didn't order wings. He then told me to get out of his store. This is the MANAGER, he's been there for I know 20 years or more. Every one I know has had this type of experience with them over the years and he still had a job some how... Anyway, I left after a few words were exchanged. When I got in my jeep, 4 of his employees walked out of the door talking trash to me. Threatening to "whoop my a$%". Well I'm always up for a little challenge, I'm 6'9, 310lbs... Well I get out and walk around the jeep, 3 of the guys who haven't seen me yet back up onto the sidewalk and reconsider their plans... The other just stands there and asks what I'm gonna do... After begging said individual to out his hands on me, he didn't... Guess they are used to bullying people and them just taking it. Anyway... This is the most Got Awfully ran and managed place I've ever seen. Upper management will not do anything at all about the situation or the worthless thugs they have working there. Oh and if I didn't mind going to jail, I'd walk in that place and wreck evert one of those wanna be gangstas in that place and laugh...

This was the most unique experience I've ever had at a Restaurant. We arrived, parked at the front door. Hours were posted on Doors saying they were open. (It's 5:30 pm on a Saturday night.) The Door's were locked. Chair's were up on the Table's. We saw one male employee going through the Cash Register. He wouldn't acknowledge us. Then we saw another male in street clothes come from the bathroom area and walked behind the front counter, never said anything to us. Then another female employee clock's out on another register with her ID or she might have been paying for her own meal because she sat down in a booth in the window facing us while she ate! Numerous people came to the door to eat in, but nobody placed a sign up saying they were closed. We decided to go to their Drive-thru to place a take out. I asked the employee if he was OK? He said yeah. I asked if we could place an order and he said wait a minute, let me go ask!!! (Seriously Folks!!!) He came back and said we could and so we did. After paying, he said go park around front & I'll bring it out when it's ready. During that supposedly 20 min. it was to make it ready, 45 min. passed while our Pizza's sat on the front counter with the Door's locked!!! We paid nearly $38.00 for this!!! While sitting there, friend's of the employee's came up to the locked entrance & the employee's unlocked the Door for them & let them inside to eat!!!! Oh my God!!! Pizza Hut what has happened to you???? After getting this new Building done, you have to open your Dinning Room to make money folks. It's not going to pay for itself. Great Pizza, but a headache to...
