If you need strings for your 6 string or a reed for your sax, you don't want to wait for an internet order to arrive, and you don't mind an upcharge then this is the place for you. If you need anything at all that isn't run of the mill then save yourself the trouble and order online. Anything I've ever needed other than guitar strings and picks has had to be special ordered, and if you're going to be waiting anyway why not just order from Amazon and save money? I wanted to play my violin this weekend so I asked them to order a 3/4 bridge and some peg drops. They said they'd call me when the order arrived today. They forgot to call me, and when I went to the store they said it was impossible for them to obtain peg drops and they'd lost my bridge. Instead of eating lunch today I went to the music store and didn't get anything I'd been waiting for. If I had known the ball would be dropped I would have added those things to an Amazon order earlier in the week, and that way I would have saved a few bucks and been able to play my violin this weekend.

Update: they found the bridge and sold it to me on Saturday. I got home and tried to put it on my violin and found out they ordered a 4/4 scale bridge instead of the 3/4 that I needed...
