National Harbor — Local services in Oxon Hill

We spent several hours there and had fun without spending any money other than in restaurants. I felt a bit out of place there because most of the people seemed to be middle to upper class and I feel more comfortable around lower middle and under. There was at least one eccentric rich person there who I will never forget. Money makes people bizarre. Anyway, there are lots of statues to look at of random historical figures with a bit of information on them. The giant sculpture is basically in a gigantic sand box which the children treated as such. There were some interesting stores that I had never seen before. In one area there was a gigantic outdoor television playing a sports game with several people in lawn chairs watching. That’s my cheap skate review.
