Customer service awful clerks unknowledgeable ! At checkout my aunt showed her drivers license which now has your veteran status on it. By showing her drivers license she should have received a military discount toward her final total. After completing payment and given her receipt she noticed the discount was missing. When she addressed the discount with the clerk the clerk became upset and told my aunt she needs a military ID with expiration. My aunt informed her that was for active duty members. The clerk then said no no no it doesn’t work like that then asked to see my aunt drivers license again. My aunt remained calm showed her the license again and the clerk stated she could honor the military discount this one time but she would need to do a refund and and scan the items again and payment will be required a second time . My aunt declined as she did not want multiple charges or a hold on her card. The clerk then said ok but next time bring your real military license as if she has been in the military and clearly still did not understand my aunt was a veteran so the point was missed and she needs to be retrained on the register and...

The nasty sales associate claims she was helping the other associate first so she should get the shoe. I asked if that was the case why is it that I’ve been looking at and for the other shoe for over 10 minutes? Her reply was idk ma’am but I’m the manager and she gets the shoe you can call 109 eastover. I immediately put down EVERYTHING I was going to purchase. Meanwhile the other customer only purchased the one pair of boots. No communication between associates. The only good thing they have is Perry he is a great help. Read moreHello I made numerous purchases at Rainbow and had a few issues. Holes in the clothing. Wrong prices on items ringing up for the wrong price. Well I bought 3 sweat suits top and bottom, I didn’t try them on right away because I thought they would fit. I went to put on one of the outfits and it didn’t fit. I threw the receipt away because I planned on keeping the items. I took the sweatsuits back to the store and they told me I needed a receipt to get a store credit. That doesn’t make sense if I had the receipt I would not need a store credit I would want my money back. Rainbows return policy sucks. Doesn’t make sense. Well I won’t be shopping there anymore.
