Such excellent work is done in this jewelry store that I bring all of my jewelry here for repair. I have been a dedicated customer here at least 15 years, and I have never been disappointed! They are very knowledgeable, have expertise, and take excellent care of their customers. Their prices are also very reasonable. I took my broken diamond-studded ring guard to them last week, and they discovered that one of the small diamonds was missing. My diamond engagement ring also had a missing prong. They fixed and cleaned both rings with such perfection, in one day, that they look brand new! You can’t even tell where the ring guard was broken! I am extremely pleased with their service, and I will continue to bring my jewelry only to them, because they have earned my trust. I highly recommend them...

Been a customer since 2005, bought a watch battery in 2021 and when battery died I received a warranty replacement, in Oct. 2022 battery dies again and I replace/buy, told no warranty, I return in June of 2023 and try to get warranty replace, I'm told no and buy 1, I return 9/8/23 and I am told that this battery was replaced in 2021, "they have 60 day warranty only" (lifetime pre COVID with receipt) and that it's my problem and not theirs!

I bought a watch from them and when it was not working went back to have it fixed. I got charged $50 for the repair but the date was not set on the watch when I asked if they could set the date and time it became apparent that the watch was not fixed. The woman at the counter was initially nice but them became loud and argumentative. They treat another customer very poorly who was simply waiting.
