Chabad of Monterey — Local services in Pacific Grove

My family and I are Jewish people from the New Jersey and Bucks County Pennsylvania area. Although it is an Orthodox synagogue, which differs from our background, Chabad at Pacific Grove is a welcoming and beautiful community with rich resources for Jewish people of all backgrounds and differing levels of observance and study. They provide a variety of services for Jewish life and they have been instrumental in helping teach my children some of the cultural aspects of Judaism and Jewish culture that were regretfully stronger in previous generations of my family than with us. I cannot recommend Chabad in Pacific Grove more highly as your source for all things related to Jewish life in the Monterey...

Rabbi and Mrs. Holtzberg are a treasure for the Jewish community. They were very helpful in providing kosher meals during our stay, visiting the Area. The meals were truly fantastic. The help provided by Chabad of Monterey was greatly appreciated. The Jews in the area are fortunate to have Chabad there. Don't miss out.
