Sharp Corners Cards and Collectibles — Local services in Pacific Grove

Sharp Corners is hands down one of the best shops in the greater Monterey Bay area with a great staff and even better atmosphere. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable, professional and has a great selection of vintage and modern inventory. Monthly he hosts trade nights bringing the community together, and FREE PIZZA. It is not a place for scalpers and everyone walking through the door truly enjoys the hobby. I have never been disappointed in the quality of cards I get to trade for.

I have done several gradings with PSA through the shop, and the cards are taken very well care of. Anthony does great at communicating what step your cards are at. Any significant time delays that are occurring are happening at PSA as the market is getting saturated and it is not the shops fault. You will have this issue anywhere you go to.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone. If he doesn't have something you are looking for, there is a good chance he can get it for you, or knows someone who has it.

A Must-Visit for Collectors, Especially New Ones

After a disappointing experience at another local card shop over on Pacific Street, I found my way to Sharp Corners—and I’m so glad I did. The owner was incredibly down to earth, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful, especially with me being new to the sports card hobby. He took the time to answer my questions and even helped facilitate a smooth trade through another local collector, who was just as great to work with.

The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a large selection of cards at fair prices. I was also invited to their monthly trade night, held on the first Friday of each month. It’s a relaxed, welcoming event where collectors gather, trade, and enjoy free pizza.

Parking can be a little tricky when the farmers market is going on, but it’s minor compared to the overall experience.
