I walked into this Starbucks and ordered two coffees and handed the cashier a $50 bill because that’s all I had on me at the time but she refused it and said they couldn’t accept it because they didn’t have change so I left the store and my husband drove to the drive thru and reordered our coffees and tried to pay with the $50 bill again but another cashier refused the $50 bill also and claimed it was their policy to not accept $50 bills unless our order was over $40. My husband asked to see their policy as he couldn’t believe they were refusing our money but the cashier said it wasn’t visible and that they are all just trained to say that. My husband then asked to speak to the manager who immediately appeared and opened a cabinet where they kept their extra change and she informed us it wasn’t on their policy but they normally don’t have enough change. She then took our $50 bill for our two coffees and handed us our change and told us that she was on her lunch break. DO NOT go here if you only have cash on you, they seriously need to retrain their staff, update their policy and learn some manners! We were not trying to be difficult we just wanted our coffees, it wasn’t like we couldn’t...
Read moreI went here 2x this past week and order the same drink- A caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino w/ almond milk and extra crunch. BOTH times, I asked to make sure they had the caramel ribbon- both times they said yes and I asked for extra caramel ribbon crunch. But BOTH times, they did not have it... I try my drink in the drive-thru before I drive away to make sure it is right- neither drink I had this week had Any if the caramel ribbon crunch in it. It's unmistakable because it is little crunchy pieces all thru out the drink. They charge extra for it, obviously.
When asked the second time why they told me they had it and didn't put it in... the young girl at the window said "well we just added extra caramel in there instead." I said but that is not what I ordered and I double checked before i ordered it because sometimes it's not available- and I'd just get a Chai tea latte instead. The girl then said well do want a refund. I said do I keep my drink? But she just stared at me blankly. I said hello, are you going to answer me, and she just kept on staring, no answer. I just drove off, and will not be patronizing this...
Read moreFrequently come to this location since it is close to my job. Today I didn’t want food just a water. The snobby lady on drive thru speaker says “unfortunately without a purchase I can’t give you a free water.” Ma’am I spend at least $50 a week in here !!! I never asked for anything free! Why assume? You could have simply just gave me the price of the cup of water instead of being rude. I never request a “ free water !!!” I simply ordered one. I don’t mind paying $1-$3 for a cup of water especially when I spend way more on my drinks and food. Stop assuming that people are always looking for free. As a regular customer I am just not feeling the atmosphere today and the way the drive thru lady just assumed I came for free stuff is unacceptable! This is my 3rd time receiving poor service… I do not come to Starbucks daily to assume things will be free. Please get better customer service skills. This is a wonderful establishment and I hope someday it will be...
