Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Ohio

I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience I just had. My wife picked up a to-go order that included a protein packet and an açaí bowl with peanut butter and granola. When we got home, we found that the “açaí bowl” was literally just blended peanut butter and granola — no açaí, no fruit, just a completely incorrect item.

I called the store and explained the situation calmly to two employees, Chloe and Taylor (names may be misspelled). Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a basic apology, they immediately responded with, “Well, there’s nothing we can do once you leave the store.”

After being a loyal customer for over three years, this kind of treatment is unacceptable — and frankly, shocking. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that matters. This was my first experience at pulp ever. I had never gone to a pulp location because I had never seen the point of paying for a smoothie. Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. If I could give zero stars I would. The employees are very rude and they are always on their phones when I come in. They act like you are bothering them for wanting a smoothie. My friend and I came in and she ordered a smoothie with energy boost and the girl behind the counter actually said to her "are you sure you don't want the fat burner one?" How rude is that??
