my friend and i went in 30 minutes before 7 when they closed, i walked in- felt extremely bad energy my heart was racing. it was so quite and there was no music playing i had to WHISPER to my friend. the lady at the front with dark hair was staring at us the whole time we were shopping- felt very rushed even though we both work in customer service and planned on being out before close. we picked our crystals out (keep in mind, mostly everything in there is very overpriced) and as we were wrapping up she then told us “just letting you know we close in 10 minutes” and we said we were just wrapping up and will be out before 7 and she said “yea well hopefully 5 minutes before than i have things to do” and then as she was checking us out she then said she had a father’s day dinner to attend too and wanted to go home very rudely. We left 5 minutes before they closed and we’re not happy the way we were treated. Then we ended up returning again the other day and another lady sighed and shook her head at us when we asked to put our crystals on the counter. We left without buying anything. Never supporting this business again after the multiple times we were mistreated. Bad energy here, except the girl with the short hair she’s a sweetheart with great energy. Every other experience has been awful here. Not a very “good vibrational”...

my friend and i went in on two separate occasions both of us feeling weird energy and no music playing in the gift shop. the first time, we went in around 30 minutes before closing the lady at the counter never said hi and proceeded to stare at us the whole time we were in there (very awkward) we headed to the back to look at the clusters and she announced that they closed in ten minutes we apologized for staying long and promised that we would be out before closing and she advised that we leave “five minutes before then” so us shocked at her immediately went to the counter to be rung up and she said she had places to be. both my friend and i work in the food industry so we know how annoying it may be, but this is not the same as a restaurant. we left 5 minutes before closing and apologized for holding her up. but when we returned for the second time thinking that the past occurrence was just a bad time we were there for a little bit and i needed to put my crystals down after i asked for a pad to put them down a different lady shook her head in displeasure at both my friend and i so we put our crystals back and left without buying a thing. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment. The owner Jamar’s rude and belittling behavior towards customers towards his employees is completely unacceptable. It's clear that respect and customer service are not a priority here.

What's even worse is the unethical practice of stealing from customers. I was shocked to learn about their dishonest actions that left me feeling completely betrayed as a customer. This is not the kind of business that deserves anyone's trust or hard-earned money.

On top of that, their disregard for hygiene and safety is alarming. Reusing plastic disposable mouthpieces for the Emergence Breath sessions that take place in this facility is not only unprofessional, but it also poses health risks. Such practices should never be tolerated, and it's a clear indication of their lack of commitment to their customers' well-being.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of ethical and respectful businesses out there that deserve your patronage. Don't waste your time or money on an establishment that clearly has no regard for its customers or basic...
