Zales — Local services in Palm Desert

I had the best experience at Zales in Palm Desert, Ca. today. My husband had generously gifted me a beautiful, very blingy bracelet for our anniversary. The problem was that I wanted a coupling of 2-3 delicate bracelets that I could wear together everyday. We went through Zales online who put us in touch with George Giakas the store manager at the Palm Desert store. George was awesome. He was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable. He spent a long time with me as I looked at many bracelets. George had wonderful suggestions and after spending well over an hour with me, I found exactly what I wanted. Daisy really made our experience. She has always been positive, respectful, helpful and pleasant to be around. Even when I wasn’t a happy customer she turned it around. And at the end put a smile on my face. I’ve visited this location several times and she is by far the best. You can tell she cares about her customers and puts their needs first. And goes out of her way to go above and beyond. Sadly, we live too far away or I would give her a new career. Truly amazing. And well, the diamond was pretty too. Lol. We came into the Zales store in Palm Desert to have my ring repaired. We were greeted very quickly and courteously from the sales associate, Erin. She was the Best! Her personality was very bubbly and energetic! Unfortunately my ring was too old to repair even though we still had warranty. It made my wife and I sad since this was my 50th birthday present. Erin was sooo helpful and understanding! She reminded us that since we have warranty we could always trade it in. She informed us of an upcoming sale and showed us a number of new rings.
