Windsor — Local services in Palm Desert

So I haven't been in Windsor in a really long time until recently. I went in with a couple of friends. We were greeted, everything was fine until we began to try on clothes. the fitting room attendant greeted my friend very nicely opened the door for her to try on cloths end of story. However I was the one who greeted the attendant there was no warm welcome for me, not only that but she literally counted and made a mental not of every single item i had. Mind you my friend was let right in, she was super rude and I thought wow she's rude. My friends noticed the treatment I received when I thought it was just me, news flash I'm black my friends are not . so that explained a lot I guess. I was singled out b/c of my race and treated completely different than my non black friends. Although I spoke to management, they seemed to be friends so I doubt they said anything. I've never had to deal with anything like that first hand, I was so angry I had tears in my eyes. But I handled it as I should b/c I didn't wanna now be the black girl with an attitude, when she already thought so very little of me. I'll never go...

Super rude staff. The only helpful and friendly girl working there was our cashier. I wish I would have gotten the workers names, but on of them was so rude, we were waiting by the fitting room and an employee told us we had to go to in the other fitting room across the store. No empathy or help at all, just shear rudeness the way she handled everything. We did find a great dress for NYE but that was the only good thing about shopping here. I don't come to this store often but when I do I usually like to just look around. The staff seem approachable and friendly. I am always offered help if I need something even though I just like to look. Also, the store is kept neat and clean and the gowns look gorgeous but a little expensive. If there ever comes a day where I'll be going to a special event I will keep this...
