This was our second time booking Karla in Palm Springs, and honestly, I don’t think we could imagine our trips here without her anymore. She is just the kindest soul—so warm, thoughtful, and professional. From the moment she walks in, you feel at ease, and she really listens to what your body needs.

Karla has such a wide range of skills. She knows exactly how to find and work through deep knots, and she adds in stretches that leave you feeling both relaxed and refreshed. Her technique is truly one of the best I’ve ever had, and she tailors everything to what you need that day rather than just giving a “one-size-fits-all” massage.

On top of that, Karla is also an aesthetician, which shows in how knowledgeable and attentive she is with skin. At one point during my massage, she noticed a blackhead on the back of my neck that was actually causing irritation and pain—I had no idea what it was! She gently removed it, and it made such a difference. That kind of care, going above and beyond in a way you don’t expect, is exactly why she stands out so much.

She also comes so well-prepared, with different tools and techniques up her sleeve, and you can tell she puts a lot of thought into making every session as helpful as possible. Beyond the physical work, though, it’s her kindness and energy that make the experience so special.

If you’re in Palm Springs, do yourself a favor and book her. She’s not only an incredible massage therapist but also just a genuinely lovely person to spend time with. Our annual trip wouldn’t feel complete without her.

My husband and I treated ourselves to a massage for our 15th wedding anniversary. She showed up early to set up, provided robes and even gave us a little anniversary treat - so extremely thoughtful. It felt like we were at a spa but better since we were in the comfort of our own place. She listened to our areas of concern and adjusted her massage techniques based off what our bodies needed. Her hands are powerful and she is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. At the end of our massage, we were so relaxed. Incredible Experience with Karla at Gigi Holistic Spa!!!! While visiting Palm Springs, I wanted to surprise my fiancé with a special birthday treat and was looking for a mobile spa service. I found Karla at Gigi Holistic Spa, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Despite it being a same-day request, Karla went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Not only did she accommodate the massage appointment on short notice, but she also helped decorate our hotel suite with birthday balloons completely taking the surprise to the next level. My fiancé was blown away! He couldn’t stop raving about how relaxing the scrub was and how intuitive Karla was in hitting all the right spots. He stayed relaxed and glowing for the rest of the evening. Karla’s professionalism, kindness, and extra effort made the entire experience unforgettable. One of the best massages I’ve had in the Valley!!! I arrived in town late yesterday after a long stressful day driving in the rain. I’m in town for the car show this weekend, with two cars in tow, I must sell. I was fortunate enough to be able to book a same day appointment with Karla, and just woke up after one of the most restful nights of sleep I’ve had in months. Karla was great, very professional and polite and got right down to business. I’ve had sciatica issues for some time and she worked me over, with great knowledge of all the right pressure points, and massaged by back and neck, relieving me of all the stresses of an 11 hour drive with two cars in tow in my trailer.
