On July 11th, my friends and I were shopping at your store, preparing for a dinner gathering later that evening. Unfortunately, my husband started feeling unwell due to the extreme heat—he got dizzy and nearly fainted right there in the store. We were so worried, but your staff came to the rescue and truly went above and beyond! They immediately brought over a chair so he could sit and rest, and even gave him a bottle of cold water to help him cool down. On top of that, they kept checking in on us, offering kind words and making sure he was okay. Their care and compassion meant so much to us during that stressful moment. The Grocery Outlet has been open for only a few months, but we decided to visit. The store certainly has plenty of bargains. I was surprised by the variety of items for sale -- everything from cookies to frozen foods, vegetables, meats, breads, and home goods. While it might be hard to get your weekly shopping done here, there are lots of essentials (and fun items) that you might be able to pick up. The place seemed to be clean and well-organized. Everything we checked was in date (of course, some things were closer to expiration than others), and in good condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite.
