Interior Illusions — Local services in Palm Springs

We loved everything they had in the store - thought it was beautifully merchandised with unique items. We made the fatal mistake of buying art and multiple end tables & pillows to be shipped from Palm Springs to the east coast. We were told it was "easy" and "we do it all the time".

Despite what was supposed to be a roughly $800 charge for white glove door to door service via truck in 5-7 days, nearly two months later - nothing arrived because they put it on a rail car, pallet that they built for our items was broken apart and the merchandise no where to be found.

The company made good on the refund in short order, so I will give them that credit. They too were mortified by the experience.

I would ONLY recommend shopping there if you live locally or taking the merchandise with you. This company has very poor shipping experience and it was massively inconvenient to wait two months and still have nothing to...
