10/5/2023-Once again for the second time in a month, no employee is here at 5am to open the doors for the now 12 members waiting to work out. Nor did Ken the owner contact me the last time this happened. I have text and left a voicemail for Ken but no response this morning.
How can management allow this to continue?. The last time it happened the employee didnāt show up for one and a half hours and it was the manager Bree. She was suppose show up but not an hour and a half later!. What a way to run a business and treat members!
Update: Sunday November 19,2023 at 7:30 am, they were suppose to have opened at 6am, yet, again, no employee had shown up to let members in. Management cannot even get employees to open, once again.
Now according to the latest email, theyāre going to charge even more monthly dues !! And for what? Raggedy equipment that is in dire need of fixing, recovering or replacing? Constantly dirty floors and equipment? Dirty bathrooms? Employees that donāt show up on time to open up or even show up at all? And an owner who doesnāt respond to members questions, concerns and ongoing issues? What a way to show how NOT to run a business and how NOT to treat your members properly šš¾
3/22/2024 update- for the second time in a week the employee (Bree the manager) failed to show up to open the gym, again, and members are left waiting for some to open up as I write this. The owner really needs to get a new manager/employees that can do these jobs and show up on timeā¦left a message for Ken but it just went to voicemail, so we all have to wait around, again.

The instructor, Barbara, is excellent at providing both kinesthetic and verbal cues. (That is, she models the moves, but also explains them with words.) We wanted to cancel the membership because following covid we really didn't want the membership and had already bought our own home gym. They were also charging us from months ago (when covid didn't even allow working out inside a gym). We called to cancel and spoke to briana who was extremely rude and gave my fiance an attitude about cancelling, explaining that she had to come in person to cancel. My fiance calmly explained that her sister who lives with us has an auto immune and she did not want to risk going in. Briana then said she would cancel it herself. A month goes by and we see the charge for the gym on our bank statements again. We call and speak to briana who was rude once more. We ask to speak to a manager and a woman comes on and tells us that Briana has been there for four years and would never tell someone that she would cancel them over the phone and said that we needed to go online (which was never mentioned to us until now). We asked if they could refund our money because Briana had said she would cancel but didn't and they refused. It's really upsetting that in a time where people should be understanding, this place really shows their colors. A money hungry company that doesn't train their staff well and doesn't care about the people in their community. I doubt this place will last long. Take your business elsewhere.
