Usually when you have an appointment, this lab is good. I had my appointment 7 AM fasting blood work when I arrive there and had my blood work taken at five minutes after seven. They said I would have to wait another hour and be provided with another blood test at 8 o’clock due to their scheduling and pick up time for samples, I was there at 6:45 for an 7 o’clock appointment and I was made to sit in their lobby for over an hour. I was told it was time sensitive the test and that I would be taking another blood draw at eight no that didn’t happen. The blood draw was at 8:15 because they wanted to see me wait. I told them I didn’t want to sit another 10 minutes after eight but they were annoyed because I spoke up, when the phlebotomist was taking the second blood draw 8:15, I asked her what can be done to fix this problem. All of a sudden her annoyance on her face as she was “thinking” It was disgusting the whole morning and nasty to me. It wasn’t right what they did and their attitude was Bad. They weren’t nice. I was there on time. I sat and waited quietly, but no they couldn’t cooperate with somebody that was coming in fasting and then made to wait another hour. That was stupid, really stupid and they couldn’t get their attitude right. The only way around this problem is to make an appointment and then call and hassle them about that appointment and what the requirements are. There’s no other solution according to them and they can’t even guarantee they know, that was pathetic. They were sad and pathetic there. Read moreI was interested in the Eisenhower 365 program. They only have one doctor accepting new patients; their profile is fluff and no substance. I cannot tell what kind of experience the doctor has and why I should pay $600 a year to access this doctor. And when I called, they made me leave a voicemail. If I sign up for a service that is $600 a year, I expect my call to be answered, and I hope to be able to pick a doctor. The lady wasn’t friendly and rubbed me the wrong way. They also won’t use all my health data in MyChart and sent me a 17-page PDF that I would have to print out and fill in by hand. No thanks. I’m not paying $600 to fill out a 17-page PDF. Waste of my time. You have all this data in MyChart, as I linked it with my previous healthcare provider's MyChart account. Subpar service to say the least. So I returned, the nurse claims he's not in the system. And another order is needed. No record of him. Bday included. Asked if he has a 2nd name, I said no. But I mentioned his middle name. She came back and said she shouldn't find him. But that there was one with a 2nd name which is his middle name. I said that would be him then.
