They required a $25 fee to join then showed no availability for months. What kind of business operates this way?!

Responding the the business response... Odd that your refund of the $25 fee only occurred when I posted my experience, rather that when I requested the refund based on the lack of availability.

To clarify, I was looking to book a private office for a day. Online, I was required to pay the $25 fee to search the schedule to book the office. Once the fee was paid, the schedule showed no availability of a private office for months.

By the way this response has been handled, with the refund only occurring when I submitted my review, is evidence of the risk of doing business with this company. There was no prior response to my request to...

The Hive was a great meeting location for our group coming from both Phoenix and San Diego. We were dropping in for one day and were working on AZ hours and needed to be in before typical Hive operating hours. Melissa was super accomodating and opened the facility early for us. Everything was well kept and clean. Highly recommend for any individual or group needing a space for a day or two. Although I cannot comment on longer-term use, I will say that all tenants we encountered we extremely friendly, and the owners were hosting a holiday celebration for everyone that evening....

Had a really pleasant experience working remotely here for a few hours this week. Extremely fast internet/wifi was a huge plus. Parking fine. Good meeting room: Ample space, lighting was adjustable, white board, etc. Space was quiet (there was a barking dog, but she shut up after a while). Good kitchen/coffee bar. Temperature was ideal - cool but not cold (it was 120 outside). Booking was easy enough - I asked them to book the room via email and I was able to pay digitally - this is a big advantage that does not go without saying. I will definitely come back to work...
