Panda Express — Restaurant in Palm Springs

Worst experience I have ever had. This company is going downhill and fast.

The worker ignored me, and I was standing at the station for 5 minutes while he finished mopping the kitchen. There's about 6 workers, and none of them pay any attention.

Anyways, the fried rice is dry, and the chow mein is like plastics. I had kompo chicken and teriyaki chicken, which , by the way, is a small little brest nothing like the good old days when it was juicy. It was dry, so I had to ask for the teriyaki sauce. For the first time in my 20 years, I had to ask for sauce. Yes, I ate at the original PE at Grendel Mall back in the days.

The worker was out of it. And moat of all, I did not get my fortune cookie. Last time, I'm going back to PE. My experience there isn't like it used to be. I hate to say it....

I always find that the food at Panda Express is very good they make an effort to keep things fresh and make sure that they have a good selection of items. Today's visit however the staff was completely disorganized they didn't understand how to input a coupon from a barcode. They didn't have the scanner but they had the number of the barcode and out of three employees no one could seem to figure out what to do. Also my food got set aside and no one seemed to know where it was and it was right by the cashiers register anyway staff was not up to par whatsoever but the food was good very acceptable and so I will give them Four Stars based on the food had it been based on service I would have had to have given...

Something just seems different about Panda. The cheese Rangoon personifies the over shift of Panda's flavor and texture. The Rangoon ibhad were horrible. Tasted nothing like they used to. The sweet and sour packets tasted nothing like the dipping sauce panda used to provide. The atmosphere is still very nice. The employees are pleasant and friendly. But the quality of the food at panda has changed. Panda has been my gonto spot for years, and sadly, I will have to look for a replacement for my Chinese food cravings.
