To who may concern
I'm writing about an issue I had with the cashier working at this location.
Let me describe what happened I'm an Uber partner. I supposed to pick up 2 orders last night around 11:50 one for Justin M. another for Sam S.
I drove to the drive through, inform the cashier that I had 2 picks up when I finally got to the window he told me that it wasn't ready the food and I had to go back on line and come back to the window.
As far as I know your protocol is to get online once you get to speak inform the cashier which orders are you picking up while you wait on line you get your order and drive away. No get back on line to cheat on your metrics. That way doesn't look in the cameras that are behind. That being said they were doing this to everyone I hope you can review the cameras and see that the same cars were there 2 times on line.
I did got back on line ask again on the speaker that was coming for those 2 orders I wait already for about 30 minutes I reported the issue already about the store with Uber while I'm on the line waiting I get another order added to my Uber I informed the same cashier and he told me very aggressively "you don't cut on line you have to make a line again.
He just gave the order for Sam, I was still waiting for the Justin order when I told him I also got Sara S.
He told me move make the line again, I was not going to make the lane again when I just have receive one of the two order.... He told me you have to move or I'm calling the police I don't care don't come ever again; he said he was gonna cancel de order of Uber eats I said ok do it.... then I'll leave since the order its being cancelled. But he didn't he still tried to intimidate me by taking pictures then a second person come and start taking pictures of me and the car.
Anyways the police came, it's a police report. I also call the police since they were calling the cops on me I haven't done anything but asking for the food they have to follow the guide lanes and if it is on the red, is the store manager fault that didn't schedule enough people or the employees aren't able to handle the rush.
The main reason I'm writing this email, is for corporate to know about the issues that affect my metrics as delivery partner too, affects the customer and also affect your business.
I've been in restaurant business industry and this completely unacceptable to treat deliver partners this way it is not need to call the cops to justify that you are not doing your job.
I beg you to deeply investigate this issue with your cameras with the police report when I call 911 because the way that your cashier was trying to intimate you can ask for recording call to hear your employee!
I would not be writing or taking my time to inform about this I didn't understand the importance of customer service and the attitude of your cashier was disgustingly rude.
Also is on the recording line of Uber support. I was also reporting the incident to Uber so it's a lot of material that can be checked to fix this issue. I have some screenshots about the orders I also have the tickets from the location.
This order was received at 11:40 pm on 06/13/25 and and it took a an hour and 9 minutes to be completed on 3.52 miles for a fast food that's insane.
I apologize for the inconvenience but there are ways to talk to people and that cashier has cero customer service skills.

Im making another complaint for the same guy I keep encountering that works for drive thru ( RAFAEL!!!! ) doesn’t makes sense I have to complain this much on this guy . He’s very disrespectful and doesn’t handle his customers or job right . His attitude very horrible and I feel uncomfortable every time he talks to me . So last night July 11th around 11pm, I kept asking for my order and he kept stalling and just sitting there staring at me asking me uncomfortable questions when I kept telling him I just want my order . He asks me if I wanted the manager and I told him no multiple times that I just wanted my food so I can leave . Then proceeds after I already gave him my card to go get the manager. But instead a big snotty fat guy with an apron on who looks like the cook came and started yelling at me and telling me I’m always complaining and didn’t bother to try to ask me what’s wrong or how can he fix the problem. He told me he just going to go by what Rafael told him . At this point I hate this del taco . The employees are disrespectful and refuse to do there job right and give the worse customer service . And they get upset when you ask for them to fix your order when they mess it up ....

Obviously this location is plagued by some tough customers which are less fortunate than most and they may have helped themselves to condiment selection and this has now created a situation where there are none out for paying customers. And additional people are left to line up at the counter to get the item that in the past was in a bowl for self service. Restaurant was very clean and sanitized. We observed the employees wiping down the counters right after each customer completed their business in that area or table. In addition the woman who was working acted like the price of a ketchup packet was Coming out of her check. We used the two packets we were given for use in our two large fries and I asked for more, she then said well how many do you need. I said I wanted a handful. She then snaps back saying well how many is that to you. I said I don't know, "how about 10", Ten she said, ok I guess someone really loves ketchup. I said yes...
